A children’s animated music video about good manners, created for the album “As Canções da Maria” by Maria de Vasconcelos. The video is based on the characters created by Nuno Markl for the artwork of this fantastic collection of songs to help kids learn school subjects with music. It’s a fantastic project to be involved in.

“O filho de mil homens”, the new novel by Valter Hugo Mãe, will be presented today at Livraria Ler Devagar, in Lisbon. For this event, I was invited by the publishers Editora Objectiva to paint a reproduction of the book’s cover on the bookshop’s massive door, and documented the process on a short time lapse video.

While still working on a shinny new website for my friend and amazing ceramics conservator and restorer Inês Feliciano, I came up with a very simple idea for this year’s e-mail Christmas card.
After having the old and beloved template up for a couple of years, Nuno Markl asked me to redesign his blog in order to make it a bit more sober and minimalistic. It had been decided we’d lose the hand drawings and white background, and instead use a cleaner interface.
On-Spot Marketing asked me to create a WordPress template for a very image and information rich website. Pimped with a few well chosen plug-ins, WordPress is just perfect for this type of website. A treat to work on.
