It’s only natural to react with a bit of suspicion when we come across a recipe as strange as no-knead bread. Something so simple and easy sure feels like cutting corners and it’s hard to believe that proper delicious bread can really come out of there. But even to my mum’s disbelief, it does. Dense, tasty, crusty, yummy bread.
Garlic & Honey is, for me, the ultimate sweet and savoury combination, garlic being, in my opinion, the most savoury of all ingredients and honey the symbol of sweetness itself. I have used this combination in other dishes, like roast chicken or pork ribs, always to great results.
Yes, this is the 4th encarnation of my website. But you can still visit the ones that came before, should you be in the mood for a trip down memory lane. Just don't complain about the broken links, ok?
