Hi, I made this dish this evening and mine turned out super runny and was not like pudding at all. I followed all of the instructions to a T…not sure why?

Ola Patricia! I’m a portuguese living in London and I was looking for a arroz doce recipe when I came across yours. I’m suppose to cook a Portuguese dish for a party tomorrow and I decided to try this one Thanks in advance for this, I hope I can pull this off as I never tried it before.. All the best!

Lovely pictures and great stencil idea, I have always done the criss cross design but I’m doing it this way for Thankgiving this year!
