It’s another clue to how geek I am that I’m all excited about the release of a new software version. But WordPress isn’t just any software, it’s the platform this site is built on, and one of my favourite working tools. The eagerly awaited version 2.5 is finally out, with a much needed back office redesign (by Happy Cog) and loads of new features, that I can’t wait to explore.

I’ll be upgrading pretty soon, hoping it will be a seamless transition. But you never know, there might be some glitches, so if you happen to see anything behaving strangely in this website, it’s me, working quietly in the background. And since I’m at it… any suggestions on improving the website? Don’t be shy, leave your comments! Thanks.

Update:
Wordpress 2.5 is up and running on the site. Nothing seems to have changed. All smooth and easy, as expected. I’m very happy.
