09.07.2008 / Business as usual
After a turbulent weekend in my corner of the web, things are finally back to normal. Or almost. I could say the stars have been against me lately, with all the stuff that’s been happening, but yet again, I brought this onto myself. Not as literally as with the hot oil, but still…
I don’t quite know how, but I did forget to renew patriciafurtado.com. Then, the company I registered it with was extremely sneaky. Instead of cutting off service, they kept the domain active until they sold it to another company. When I noticed it was gone, it was too late to do anything about it. It had been turned into one of those parking pages full of random links.
Hope was in the horizon for a fraction of a second when I spotted a small link saying that the domain was for sale. And then I found the price. 3500 euros. I’m really flattered my name is worth that much, but… Are they mad?
After considering my options, I decided to register patriciafurtado.net instead. And, since I was going to change address and lose all the incoming links anyway, I’ve decided to reorganise this place a little bit, and just give it new summery colours, as I’m too busy at the moment to redesign it completely.
There are bound to be some glitches and broken links, so please be nice and let me know if anything seems strange or off. And while we’re at it, don’t be shy with feedback or suggestions.
And please, do update your bookmarks and links. The least traffic those nasty scalpers have, the better!

New site new colours but always filled with good taste!
Wherever you are you are always able to do everything fantastic. Keep up with the fabulous work!
Good luck!
PS: I believe that the link for the photography part are not running properly.
